Services can be as small as reviewing completed requests prior to a decision being issued, to the processing of access requests from acknowledgement to decision.

Drafting of Representations:Knowledge of relevant Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC) Orders/court decisions is essential. The drafting of representations can often be a complex and daunting task. Appeals are appellant driven and the onus is on the institution to defend decisions issued and the exemptions/exclusions applied.

Training can focus on any one, or all aspects of the legislation and can be specific to areas of the legislation most relevant to the client.
